Lead time is a basic concept, but knowing how to manage it efficiently is a challenge for the company. A good indicator of overall performance, it reveals waste in inventory and WIP management, customer service quality, internal cost control, etc.

This two-hour seminar, based on concrete examples, will enable you to reflect on your control of lead time and on the actions to be taken to drastically reduce it.
It is part of a cycle of independent seminars that will address all aspects of Operational Excellence and digitalization.

 

Speaker

Jean DENOEL has a long experience in industry and has held several management positions within the companies CARMEUSE and FN HERSTAL. Today, within the Industry 4.0 unit of the MecaTech Competitiveness Cluster, Jean is involved in diagnosing and supporting SMEs, particularly in digitalization, lean and change management projects.
