On Saturday, November 20, 2021, it’s that time again: ZeMA opens its doors for this year’s “change!ing” day of action, which is aimed in particular at female students from all Saarland schools between the ages of 14 and 19 and aims to get them excited about the topic of technology. The free event has been organized for several years by the association ALWIS – ArbeitsLeben, Wirtschaft, Schule e.V. – and carried out on behalf of ME Saar.
The program includes various workshops on the use of robots as well as experimental laboratories on technology topics and technical professions. There will also be an experiential exhibition, hosted by the companies Festo Lernzentrum Saar GmbH and Robert Bosch GmbH, where the young women can try their hand at practical work.
The Robotix-Academy is offering a pupil workshop here on the subject of “Man and robot – the dream team!”, where participants can experience first-hand how robots and humans solve tasks together.
Due to the current pandemic situation and regulations to contain the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the usual protective and hygienic measures apply.
