The 5th Robotix-Academy Roadshow took place online on April 29, 2021 from 9 am to 3:30 pm. The event was organized by the project partner University of Lorraine.
It included presentations from the University of Lorraine, the University of Liège, the Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld, and ZEMA Saarbrücken. The presentations focused on the assistance of robots in processes (force control, handling of objects, grinding…), on programming by demonstration, on robotic deconstruction of complex products (gearboxes, traction batteries).
The calibration of a 2D camera to allow a robot to reach a specific point on a work plan, or an algorithm to solve the Tangram puzzle were also discussed.
