On June 14 and 15, the automotive industry of the Greater Region met for the Forum Tomorrow in Motion in Metz, France. The Forum Tomorrow in Motion is the cross-border meeting of the automotive sector, focusing on the business perspectives offered by the Greater Region: a terrain of opportunities, innovation and inspiration!
Discussed over two days were very different aspects around the topics of change and the future of mobility in the Greater Region. As part of the Robotix Academy, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Matthias Vette-Steinkamp from the Environmental Campus Birkenfeld took part here as a speaker in the discussion round on circular economy, eco-design and green factory.
For two days, the more than 150 entrepreneurs, scientists and politicians from the Greater Region and neighboring areas shared their expertise and views on the energy transition and digital transformation, key factors for tomorrow’s mobility count.
The forum is organized by Pôle Automobile Européen (PAE), the automotive cluster of the Greater Region. PAE brings together 10 French, Belgian, Luxembourgish and German partners under the coordination of the Grand Est Chamber of Commerce and Industry and aims to support SMEs in the automotive sector and encourage their participation in innovation processes.
