On April 12, the lecture Advanced Robotics initiated by the Robotix-Academy was launched. The lecture will now take place every summer semester and will be offered in an online format. All Robotix-Academy partner universities participate and present advanced robotics topics.
Over a six-week period, a total of 12 modules are offered, during which interested students learn about the processes and tools that are important to develop efficient and intelligent robotics applications that leverage sensory data and AI methods.
Advanced Robotics covers topics such as integration of sensors, data planning, and QM and TM. In addition, applications of robotics in the automotive and aircraft industries will be discussed. An introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a focus on robotics is provided. Students learn here with the help of simulations.
In addition, the topic of logistics and its relation to robotics will be presented. In this context, the topic of mobile robotics is also addressed. The use of robotics in the environmental and health sectors will also be a focus of the lecture.
