The Robotix-Academy presents demonstrators and application scenarios to students in the lecture Industrial Robotics.
The Master’s program Automotive Production Engineering at htw Saar provides students with engineering and management skills in the automotive industry and offers the opportunity to apply learned study contents in a practical way with company projects. In particular, specialists and managers in the automotive supplier industry in Saarland and the Greater Region are the target group of the advanced and continuing education program. In the Industrial Production lecture, for example, students learn about different assembly principles, industrial robots and control techniques for robots, receive an introduction to assembly system technology and its basic tasks of joining and handling, and learn how to plan and project assembly systems. The lecture is designed to be interactive and includes practical exercises in small groups that allow students to work hands-on. For example, demonstrators and application scenarios from the Robotix-Academy are part of the lecture content and are presented to the students. Of course, the goal is also to inspire some specialists for robotics and Robotix-Academy. However, all in all, the Robotix-Academy participates in the education of young engineers in the Saarland.
