The third Multibody Dynamics Workshop (“3rd International Multibody System Dynamics Workshop and Summer School”), organized by Professors Alessandro Tasora and Pierangelo Masarati (Politecnico di Milano), was held in Milan from September 13 to 17, 2021.
During this event, Professor Olivier Brüls from the University of Liège gave a keynote lecture entitled “Introduction to Nonsmooth Methods in Multibody System Dynamics”. In this way, he was able to train researchers in mathematical modeling methods and advanced numerical algorithms developed in particular in the ODIN software for the simulation of robotic systems.
This event was organized virtually. About 25 researchers participated in this training. It provided important visibility to the Robotix-Academy activities in the field of robot modeling and simulation.
